DXC Technology is seeking a Data Engineering Lead to architect and govern enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and analytics. You will lead a team delivering scalable, secure data solutions supporting BI, AI, and digital transformation, while partnering with product, security, and leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will set enterprise data standards, modernize legacy environments, and ensure data is treated as a strategic asset across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related tech fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or enterprise-scale data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise data engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Design scalable data architectures for operational, analytical, and AI workloads.
• Lead modernization to cloud-native data platforms and ensure security/compliance.
• Develop and maintain high-volume batch, streaming, and event-driven pipelines.
• Mentor Data Engineers and Data Architects while enforcing best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to align data investments with business goals.
• Operationalize AI/ML data workflows and governance across programs.
