If Insurance is seeking an experienced Data Engineering Lead to build and guide our MarTech Data Engineering Team, delivering reliable data products on Azure Databricks and coaching engineers across the Nordic region. You will lead a distributed team across Finland and Sweden, set data ownership standards, promote best practices, and drive scalable lakehouse solutions with CI/CD and IaC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering in large-scale cloud environments.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities for data engineers.
• Proven track record building reliable data products on Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a distributed data engineering team across Nordic regions.
• Set data ownership, quality, reliability, and delivery standards.
• Promote sound engineering practices including automation, testing, and security.
• Coach engineers in Azure Databricks and drive cost-efficient data products.
