Job summary

Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer who can work directly with customers, understand complex/ambiguous technical problems, and build and deploy production-ready solutions.

This is an engineering-heavy role focused approximately 70% on Software/Data Engineering and 30% on Agentic AI.

• ETL/ELT and data pipelines

GenAI & Agentic AI

• RAG and enterprise data integration
• AI agents / agentic workflows
• Tool/function calling
• LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar
• AI workflow automation
• Production deployment of AI applications
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Ability to take ambiguous requirements and turn them into working solutions
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable moving between customer discussions, architecture, coding, data pipelines and production deployment

Nice to Have

Someone who can:

Understand the customer problem → Design the solution → Build the APIs/data pipelines → Develop the GenAI/Agentic workflow → Deploy it into production.
