Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 in the United States to join the Data and Analytics (DNA) unit. You will assist in capturing user needs, participate in design discussions, and contribute to coding, testing, and documentation to deliver data-driven software solutions.

The role involves implementing features, troubleshooting live applications, and maintaining comprehensive documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing user needs via interviews and workshops, documenting requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specs and aid process documentation.
• Develop and document code for new applications following design specs.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects to improve software performance.
• Support integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions in the system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live apps, resolve issues, and document maintenance procedures.
• Document coding practices, testing methods, and technical solutions.
