Job summary

Infosys DNA in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 to join a data-and-analytics team focused on AI-powered data solutions that drive business growth. You will engage in interviews, design discussions, and develop data pipelines using Talend, Snowflake, and DBT while ensuring quality and documentation.

The role involves monitoring live applications and collaborating across teams within a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talend and Snowflake.
• Snowflake DBT expertise.
• Snowflake experience with Cortex.
• Have experience in Information Technology experience Snowflake experience.
• Hands on experience with developing complex transformations using Data Build tool (DBT).
• Deliver high-quality code deliverables and support peers in quality checks such that design requirements are met. Create user documentation for the assigned modules.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Talend, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and aid in creation of process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements
• Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance
• Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance
• Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository
