Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a highly motivated contractor with 3-5 years of experience in Python application development, Streamlit, Snowflake, and data engineering.

The contractor will support the design, development, and deployment of data-driven applications that streamline business processes, improve asset management capabilities, and enable operational insights for Substation Systems & Tools and related business functions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Python development experience.
• 2+ years building apps with Streamlit.
• Strong SQL and database design knowledge.
• Experience ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Knowledge of data quality and data integration patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs and external data sources.
• Git, version control, and CI/CD familiarity.
• Analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Streamlit apps on Snowflake.
• Create Python-based data ingestion, transformation and reporting solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Develop dashboards, forms, workflows for business users.
• Maintain integrations between Snowflake and enterprise systems including SharePoint, SAP, APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Support data modeling, quality and governance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and produce deployment guides.
