CTG is seeking a Data Engineer in San Antonio, TX to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and warehousing solutions. You will optimize transformations with Snowflake and dbt, integrate data across platforms, and manage scheduling with Control-M.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Snowflake, dbt, DataStage, and Control-M experience, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and a collaborative mindset to partner with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Eng or related field preferred.
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and integration solutions.
• Build and optimize data transformation workflows using Snowflake and dbt.
• Integrate data from multiple sources using IBM DataStage and other tools.
• Develop and maintain automated job scheduling and workflows using Control-M.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance across enterprise data systems.
• Troubleshoot data processing issues and improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to support data and analytics requirements.
