Job summary

Radix Software, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to build the next generation of data and AI products. You will own Databricks pipelines, dbt models, and a scalable data platform serving analytics and AI features.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and AI Systems to improve data quality, reliability, and governance, while advancing semantic layers and trusted data contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production data engineering experience.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms and pipelines.
• Experience with analytics, AI, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics-ready data products.
• Own Databricks-based data platform reliability, performance, and governance.
• Develop robust dbt models, testing, and semantic-layer assets.
• Define data contracts and metrics for analytics, product, and AI.
• Collaborate across teams to create reliable data interfaces.
• Shape AI-ready data infrastructure and semantic layers for LLMs.
• Implement monitoring, lineage, and data quality processes.
• Provide documentation and runbooks for platform support.
