Job summary

The role focuses on designing, building, and governing an enterprise semantic layer to support trusted, self-service reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will assess data quality, table readiness, data grain, keys, relationships, and source-system structures for semantic modeling.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and semantic modeling.
• Experience designing semantic layers and data pipelines for enterprise analytics.
• Hands-on experience with data quality, table readiness, data grain, keys, and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain semantic models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Work with OneLake and Power BI datasets to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
• Develop scalable and trusted enterprise semantic layers.
• Define and implement semantic models, relationships, measures, and business logic.
• Optimize semantic models for performance, usability, scalability, and adoption.
