Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT.
• Experience developing Power BI datasets and semantic models.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformations that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and operations.
• Create scalable data models, curated datasets, and data products for BI and decision-making.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data quality, performance, reliability, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
