GreenStone Farm Credit Services is hiring a Data Engineer to design scalable data pipelines and own the enterprise BI platform. You will collaborate with Finance and IT to transform raw data into meaningful insights and lead ETL processes to maintain a robust data environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 1+ years of professional experience developing data warehouses is required.
• Experience working with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)
• Strong in SQL programming and Kimball data warehouse modeling.
• Master of the Databricks platform and Python programming, certifications preferred
• A team player mindset — you listen, collaborate, and help make others better.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and resilient data pipelines from source to insight.
• Own and enhance our enterprise BI platform for reliability and future-readiness.
• Turn raw data into actionable insights with Finance and IT teams.
• Lead ETL processes: design, manage, tune, monitor for healthy data flow.
• Optimize queries, tune databases, and prevent bottlenecks.
• Automate reporting workflows and maintain data quality.
• Explore cloud data technologies and stream processing (AWS/Azure).
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices in data warehousing.
