Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Data Engineer to develop and maintain data infrastructure, analytics models, and BI solutions that support project pursuit, estimating, and construction operations.

You will integrate historical cost data, labor productivity metrics, and project attributes into scalable data models to enable data-driven decision making and improve bid accuracy and project planning. Strong Databricks, Python, SQL, and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 3+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI.
• Proficient with Databricks, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience building data models for analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Consolidate data from estimating systems, ERP, labor tracking, and project controls.
• Create scalable data models for cost analysis and productivity benchmarking.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models for executive and project reporting.
• Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and project leaders to translate business needs into data solutions.
