Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong Databricks experience and data pipeline development.
• Proficiency in Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills required.
• Experience with GitHub and collaborative software practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Consolidate data from estimating systems, ERP, labor tracking, and scheduling tools.
• Develop scalable data models for cost analysis and project performance reporting.
• Create Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting for users.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across datasets.
