People Data Labs is seeking a senior data engineer to design and optimize data pipelines at scale in a remote-friendly environment. You will work with Spark, Python, and SQL to ingest, transform, and load massive datasets from diverse sources, while building robust CI/CD and anomaly detection to ensure data quality in production.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of data engineering experience with proven impact.
• Strong software fundamentals and practical coding
• Experience with Python for data processing
• Expertise with Apache Spark (Java/Scala/Python)
• Experience with SQL and relational data modeling
• Experience building scalable data processing systems from scratch
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (Airflow/dbt/Dagster)
• Knowledge of modern data storage patterns and formats

Responsabilités

• Build infrastructure for ingestion, transformation, and loading of large data volumes using Spark, SQL, AWS, and Databricks.
• Develop an entity resolution framework to merge billions of entities into clean datasets.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and anomaly detection to improve data quality in production.
• Propose and implement solutions to broad data engineering and data science problems.
