Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Data Engineer to join our growing team in Lehi, Utah. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, optimizing data flows and supporting data-driven decision making.

A strong 3–5 year background in SQL and data warehousing is essential. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake, and familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud services like Lambda and Glue.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in data-related field.
3–5 years of experience working with SQL.
Familiarity with modern data architecture-based data warehouses.
Experience with Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake and understanding of data architecture design.
Strong communication skills and ability to present data insights clearly.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and support real-time, scalable data streams into data lake/warehouse.
Implement data auditing to ensure data quality and troubleshoot large-scale pipelines.
Collaborate with tech teams to specify data requirements and provide access.
Tune performance using SQL and profiling tools.
Build data quality and ownership across assigned areas.
Work with data infrastructure to triage issues and drive resolution.
