Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 5+ years of Python software development experience.
• Experience with data engineering and building data pipelines, ETL, and ingestion workflows.
• Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems.
• Experience with common data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and other structured data.
• Experience with Bash, Linux, and command-line tools in development or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Python for collection, ingestion, ETL, and analytics.
• Develop and support data solutions including transformation, validation, and quality controls.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources (REST APIs, flat files, structured/semi-structured data).
• Ensure data is accessible, reliable, and securely handled to meet stakeholder needs.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate data movement and transformation code across environments.
• Provide production support, debugging, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data products and enable analytics users.
