Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Data Engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.

You will collaborate with Software Engineering and IT and cross-functional teams across Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The role requires 1+ years in data engineering and strong SQL/Python skills for AWS, Snowflake, and dbt.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue/EMR, SQS, Step Functions).
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Experience querying and building in Snowflake with dbt.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Support development of scalable data warehouse solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines; resolve issues promptly.
• Model data tables and build BI dashboards.
• Support data engineering strategy and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance data capabilities.
