Job summary

NextPhase.ai is seeking a data engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric. You will implement medallion architecture, optimize data models, and ensure governance and quality across analytics platforms.

You will collaborate with analytics and business teams to translate requirements into production-ready data solutions, focusing on reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Implement lakehouse solutions following medallion architecture principles (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers).
• Build and optimize data models and transformations to support analytics and reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain semantic models for reliable self-service analytics and BI.
• Apply data quality, governance, performance, and monitoring best practices across data pipelines and platforms.
• Partner with analytics and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize pipelines, transformations, storage, and semantic models for performance and reliability.
