Director of Client Services/Executive Business Development Manager

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a remote Data Engineer/Looker specialist for an enterprise Client. We are seeking a data engineer who is passionate about data and visualizations and will take the time to get to know our business use cases (the "why" behind the ask) and be able to take action without lots of oversight.

Experience/Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years of BI and Data Engineering experience building dashboards and evaluating data.
• 1+ years of experience developing dashboards in Looker as the primary function.
• Experience making modifications to dashboards, creating new dashboards, and debugging.
• Experience building visualizations in Looker, and Looker Studio.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Postgres Queries
• Experience with LookML coding and LookML extensions.
• Understanding of source data optimization for Looker processing.
• Experience in data analytics or related quantitative fields; understanding the basics of data analysis, data manipulation, and seeing the relationships between different data sources.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, must be able to explain data and dashboards to an audience with a variety of technical skills.
• Experience with ETL tools, such as Looker PDTs is a plus.
• *We are seeking an adaptable data engineer who can leverage what is already built in our environment. This is not for someone used to being a change agent and revamping data engineering environments.
