Job summary

Frost is seeking a Data Engineer III - Salesforce to lead ETL processes and build scalable data pipelines. You will design robust data infrastructures, optimize system performance, and communicate solutions across teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement data governance, and mentor junior engineers while staying abreast of industry trends and new technologies. This role requires a strong foundation in data engineering and a focus on delivering high-quality analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a data engineer or in a related role.
• Advanced understanding of SQL, NoSQL databases, Teradata, and Salesforce.
• Expertise in ETL tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of data modeling and schema design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing for reporting, analytics, and business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Salesforce, Tableau, Cognos, and enterprise data.
• Recommend Salesforce enhancements, automation opportunities, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data infrastructure meets business needs.
• Develop and enforce data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Monitor data infrastructure and performance to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide guidance to other Data Engineers as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in data engineering.
