Role Description:
As a Data Engineer III at ShipBob, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing our data infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to develop scalable data pipelines, enhance database performance, and ensure the integrity, availability, and security of our data ecosystem. This role demands a deep understanding of data engineering principles, strong technical expertise, and the ability to solve complex data challenges. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, who can think on his/her feet, and produce results. This role reports to the Senior Director, Data Engineering.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. We are targeting a salary range of $121,595.00 - $202,659.00 for this role. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
