Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise data pipelines that power analytics, reporting, and ML initiatives.

You will work within the Data & Analytics organization on the Warehousing & Pipelines team, collaborating with DBAs, architects, BI developers, and software engineers. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering skills, deep data platform experience, and a drive for reliable, scalable data systems using modern practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or database development.
• Experience with relational DB platforms such as SQL Server and/or MySQL.
• Experience developing applications or services using C# or similar OO languages.
• Experience ETL/ELT and data integration solutions.
• Familiar with Git and code review workflows.
• Experience with Docker.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains batch and streaming data pipelines for payment processing systems.
• Develops data integration solutions using SQL, C#, Python, PowerShell, and related automation tools.
• Creates and maintains CI/CD pipelines for data integration and analytics solutions.
• Implements monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for data platforms and pipelines.
• Works with data architects and governance teams to support enterprise data warehouse and lakehouse initiatives.
• Participates in on-call rotations and provides after-hours support.
