Job summary

Spire is seeking a Data Engineer II to design and maintain the data warehouse, ETL processes, and analytics data models. You will deliver insights across the organization and implement data governance and quality standards to support reliable analytical products.

You will collaborate with the Advanced Analytics and IT teams to ensure high data availability, robust data pipelines, and effective data delivery to end-users across Spire's enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI/Analytics development experience.
• Expert experience with PL/SQL programming.
• 7+ years of Oracle ODI/ETL/ELT and Azure Data Factory Pipeline experience.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain BI tools (OBIEE, Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI).
• Develop, deploy, and maintain financial and operational analytics, BI reports and dashboards.
• Design data models for data storage and warehousing.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specs for analytics/reporting.
• Collaborate to architect data stores, data marts, and extracts for visualizations.
