Drips is seeking a Data Engineer II to join the Data & Reporting team. You will translate business questions into clear reporting solutions, build data pipelines, and deliver trusted dashboards.

The role emphasizes strong SQL skills, clarifying complex reporting needs, and turning raw data into actionable insights. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teammates to understand requirements, validate data, and support a scalable self-service data environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or a closely related role.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work independently on complex requests.
• Experience building dashboards and analyses that help stakeholders decide.
• Ability to clarify vague reporting needs into structured deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Understand reporting needs, clarify questions, and define analytical approach.
• Write and refine SQL queries to extract and analyze data from core systems.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports delivering clear insights.
• Work across backend data sources including Salesforce to support reporting.
• Validate data quality, investigate discrepancies, and troubleshoot outputs.
• Translate findings into clear, usable summaries for operational and leadership audiences.
• Support governed, scalable data products and self-service reporting.
• Contribute to documentation and repeatable reporting standards.
