Job summary

Talentify is seeking a mid-level Data Engineer in Framingham, MA. The role is hybrid with on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays and involves designing and maintaining data pipelines and models for Risk Assurance projects.

You will lead engineering efforts, collaborate with Data Analysis and IT teams, and oversee delivery from design to deployment. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in data engineering, strong SQL and Power BI experience, and familiarity with Snowflake, Azure, and data governance

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience as a data engineer/modeling or in a similar role.
• Strong experience (5–10 years) in a technical data, data modeling, and/or data analytics role, specifically in technical design, development, and implementation.
• Experience to understand the reporting requirements and build out data models for reporting in Power BI and Snowflake.
• Experience in the full software delivery lifecycle on business development projects including data analysis, process mapping, business requirements, solution design, and go-live notes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Data Software and Data Pipeline solutions for Corporate Risk and Compliance.
• Analyze raw data from various sources and technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams and engineers to minimize duplication and align with IT roadmap.
• Deliver clean, secure, high-performance data components meeting non-functional requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and impact assessments.
