About the Role

aFit is seeking a Data Engineer to support a State of Indiana government organization that serves as a centralized data and analytics hub supporting data-driven decision making and improved public services across the state. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Indianapolis, offering the chance to work with enterprise-scale data initiatives that influence multiple agencies and stakeholders.

In this role, you will design and implement enterprise data architecture solutions while supporting data governance frameworks, integration strategies, and long-term data management initiatives. What You'll Do

Data Engineering & Integration

Build reliable, scalable data solutions that connect systems and make information more accessible.

• Design, develop, and support enterprise data solutions and integration workflows.
