• Approximately 4-8 years of professional experience supporting data engineering, software engineering, or related technical initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and enterprise data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-ready data solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, Lambda, EKS, and S3.
• Proven success supporting scalable data platforms and production data workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and performance optimization principles.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative engineering environments.

As part of a collaborative Agile team, you'll work alongside software engineers, data engineers, and mission stakeholders to develop scalable data pipelines, optimize cloud-based data platforms, and enable the efficient movement and transformation of data across complex environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies while contributing to impactful security missions.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and enterprise data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-ready data solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AWS cloud services, including technologies such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, and S3.
• Proven success supporting scalable data platforms and production data workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration, and performance optimization principles.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative engineering environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workflow orchestration platforms such as Apache Airflow.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices utilizing tools such as Terraform.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps methodologies.
• Background working with large‑scale datasets and distributed processing frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges.

Salary and Benefits Information

The salary range for this position is $110,243.00 to $170,899.00.The proposed range is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and contractual considerations and may fall outside of the stated range.
