Job summary

RITS Group ищет опытного Data Engineer/SQL Developer для проекта по созданию дата-марта для процессов обслуживания юридических фирм. Требуется глубокий опыт работы с MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS и бизнес-аналитикой.

Вакансия предусматривает удалённую работу с редкими визитами в офис; ставка составляет 150–165 PLN/час до вычета НДС (B2B). Опыт в Power BI и SSRS будет преимуществом.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет работы с Microsoft SQL Server, проектирование и поддержка БД.
• Знание T-SQL: создание процедур, функций и представлений, оптимизация запросов.
• Опыт работы с SSIS: создание и поддержка ETL-процессов.
• Опыт проектирования хранилищ данных и дата-мартов.
• Опыт обработки JSON/XML и текстовых файлов; интеграция с источниками.
• Опыт моделирования данных и оптимизации структур для отчетности и аналитики.

Responsibilities

• Анализ бизнес-требований и определение объема данных.
• Проектирование и развитие модели данных для дата-мартa.
• Разработка ETL-процессов, загрузка данных из источников: Oracle, SQL Server, Kafka, JSON/TXT.
• Разработка и оптимизация хранимых процедур и алгоритмов на T-SQL.
• Подготовка и сопровождение слоя данных для отчетности в Power BI.
• Мониторинг обработки данных и решение проблем качества и производительности.

We are looking for an experienced person for the Data Engineer / SQL Developer position to support the project of building a dedicated data mart for processes related to the servicing of law firms.

Задачи:

• Analyzing business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to define the scope and structure of data.
• Designing and developing the data model for the data mart.
• Building, developing, and maintaining integration and ETL processes that load data from various sources: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Kafka, and JSON and TXT files.
• Transforming, mapping, and validating data into the target relational model.
• Designing and implementing efficient stored procedures and data processing algorithms in T-SQL.
• Preparing and maintaining the data layer used by Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Monitoring data processing, diagnosing errors, and resolving data quality and performance issues, including in the production environment.
• Creating and updating technical documentation.
• Independently translating business needs into technical solutions and data models.

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, development, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of T-SQL, particularly creating stored procedures, functions, and views, and query optimization.
• Experience working with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), including building, maintaining, and diagnosing integration and ETL processes.
• Experience designing and building data warehouses and data marts.
• Knowledge of processing data in JSON and XML formats and text files, including parsing, validation, and transformation into a relational model.
• Experience in data modeling and optimizing data structures for reporting and analytics.
• Experience integrating data from various sources, particularly Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, Kafka messages, and data exchange files.
• Ability to design and implement data loading processes that include data acquisition, transformation, validation, and delivery.
• Independence in analyzing requirements and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify missing information, clarify business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving problems in production environments.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Будет плюсом: Experience creating reports and data visualizations using SSRS and Power BI; Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, particularly in data integration, analytics, and reporting

Условия:

Remote work (occasional office visits). Rate: 150-165 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B). B2B cooperation.
