EY seeks a senior data/AI platform leader to drive product and platform outcomes for client engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, data scientists, and consultants, guiding initiatives from scoping to delivery and ensuring value delivery in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in data science, ML, CS, statistics, or related field.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions with Python, R, and SQL.
• Cloud computing architectures experience.
• Data engineering, pipelines, streaming, and big data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality across processes.
• Engage with clients daily, participate in working sessions, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Implement resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
