Job summary

Digital Technology Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer in Michigan (Okemos/Farmington Hills) to join our data engineering team. The role focuses on ETL development, EDW loading, and cloud integration, with emphasis on CDC pipelines and Informatica tools.

The candidate will work on on-prem to cloud data movement, including Snowflake, and collaborate across teams to automate repeatable processes and maintain data quality. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

Experience with ETL design and development in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of loading data into an EDW and data warehousing concepts.
Ability to create and maintain data pipelines including CDC and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

Participates in analysis and development of Data Engineering components.
Builds data pipelines and ETL workflows following team standards.
Uses Informatica CDI-PC to populate on-prem EDW and creates flat file extracts.
Develops PL/SQL and SQL-based solutions for data-marts and reporting.
Automates data pipelines with stored procedures and scripting.
Integrates on-prem data sources with Snowflake and Salesforce platforms.
Adheres to change control and configuration management; participates in on-call rotation.
