The role requires 3–5+ years in data-focused roles, strong PySpark/SparkSQL skills, and experience with Databricks Delta Lake. Collaboration with multiple business units and dashboards development are key components.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in data-focused roles (BI, analytics, data management).
• Strong PySpark/SparkSQL and SQL skills.
• Experience with Databricks Medallion architecture and Delta Lake is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Lakehouse pipelines on Databricks (Bronze/Silver/Gold) using Delta Lake/DLT.
• Own ingestion patterns optimization (Autoloader, CDC, streaming).
• Design and optimize Delta tables for speed and cost; manage table health.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, Field Engineers, and Assets to translate requirements into solutions.
