Rocket Mortgage in Detroit is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain data platforms and ELT processes that empower data-driven decision making. You will work with cross-functional teams to build solutions meeting business needs in a hybrid on-premises and cloud data environment.
The role emphasizes data quality, performance and scalability within a large data lake, with opportunities to handle relational and non-relational models and to contribute to API-enabled data services.
As a Data Engineer, you engage in the design, development and maintenance of data platforms and solutions, including applying data management principles to pipelines and delivering analytical and operational solutions to provide visibility and enable decision-making. You develop data integration solutions and work with cross-functional teams to build products and services to meet business needs.
