Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering: prep, transform, and pipeline development.
• Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or systems configuration.
• Experience migrating data or applications across cloud, on-prem, or hybrid.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to support Time and Materials-based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prepare, and transform data for analytics and operational workflows.
• Build reliable data pipelines and workflows to ensure data availability and quality.
• Optimize data structures to support reporting, analytics, and application consumption.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, and data integrity standards.
• Develop, test, and deploy new software, systems, or technology components.
• Automate manual processes and operational tasks to increase efficiency.
• Support application development with data-driven solutions and automated workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration or automation-related issues.
• Support data, application, and infrastructure migrations between cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments.
• Assist in virtualizing servers, operating systems, storage, and network components.
• Ensure secure, accurate, and successful migration execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application developers, analysts, architects, and infrastructure teams.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions.
• Ensure data pipelines and workflows follow best practices for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Support ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of data systems.
