Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to grow our Business Intelligence practice by developing data engineering pipelines and analytic solutions. You will translate business questions into actionable data engineering and reporting requirements while promoting self-service analytics across the organization.

Salary range is $105,000.00/Year to $125,000.00/Year, negotiable based on experience and location. Equal opportunity employer; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building data pipelines with Databricks (SQL & PySpark) and Snowflake.
• 5+ years with relational/cloud databases (SQL Server, Oracle ADW, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with Data Lake and Data Warehousing concepts like dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Azure components (ADLS, Key Vault, DevOps).
• Experience supporting a self-service dashboarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate data engineering pipelines, dashboards, reports, and insights for internal partners and external customers.
• Provide expertise on data engineering tools, visualization concepts, and best practices.
• Partner with Analytics, Data Science, and Tech to define data usage policies and procedures.
• Translate complex data engineering requirements from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate across IT and analytics teams to advance self-service analytics capabilities.
