Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines from Bronze to Silver, leveraging Azure Data Lake, Synapse Link, and Power BI. You will transform raw data into structured datasets to support reports and analytics across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

The role emphasizes data governance, modeling, and automation, with cross‑functional collaboration to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related role.
• Experience with Azure data platforms (Data Lake, Synapse) and SQL.
• Experience building data transformations and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience supporting reporting and analytics workflows and dashboards.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 data (Synapse Link, Dataverse) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines from Bronze to Silver datasets.
• Develop data structures in the data lake for reporting and analytics.
• Work with data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 via Synapse Link and internal systems.
• Create and maintain data models using joins, transformations, and normalization.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across datasets.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs.
• Automate data refreshes, report delivery, and scheduled processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into data solutions.
