Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an Azure Data Engineer (Snowflake & Azure Data Factory) to design and build scalable data pipelines in a global delivery setting.

You will work across data warehouse and lakehouse environments using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Snowpark while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams. The role emphasizes hands-on development, troubleshooting, and delivering reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Four+ years building data pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on Azure Data Factory experience.
• Strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
• Python programming for data engineering and automation.
• Snowflake experience with Tasks, Streams, procedures, functions and Snowpark.
• Knowledge of data warehouse and lakehouse architectures and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processing and production pipelines.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support scalable data pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
• Build and maintain data integration workflows with Azure Data Factory.
• Develop Snowflake solutions using Tasks, Streams, stored procedures, functions, and Snowpark.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformations.
• Develop Python-based data processing and automation solutions.
• Support ingestion, transformation, validation, and delivery across platforms.
• Apply data warehouse and lakehouse concepts with proper data modeling.
• Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues.
• Monitor workflows and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
