Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks an experienced Data Analyst to support performance measures and data-driven decisions. This role involves data collection, reporting, and visualization, enhancing clinical and business outcomes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years in healthcare analytics.

Position Summary:
Works under the supervision of a Data Trust Analytic Team Leader or other data governance or analytic leadership appropriate for the scope of work. This supervision may be through a matrixed or direct reporting structure. This role is responsible for data analytics, supporting performance measures, ongoing measurement, data collection, reporting, data visualizations, and information dissemination. Responsible for structuring the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances clinical and business decision-making capabilities. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of projects. Work is generally independent and collaborative. Engages in data exploration exercises with complex business intelligence tools, requiring knowledge of relational database structures. Collaborates with other analytic teams and the central engineering team as directed.
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Required Licensure/Certification:
EDW internal certification required within 6 months.
Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of 4-7 years of related healthcare experience, including at least 3 years in data analytics.
Salary Range: Minimum $37.14 per hour - Maximum $65.01 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience and equity for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussions.
