Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to support a large-scale transformation initiative focused on modernizing the Disney Cruise Line Revenue Management Platform. This role will be instrumental in designing, building, and enhancing data solutions that support critical business operations and revenue optimization efforts. The project is a long-term strategic investment and requires engineers who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders. This position is ideal for an experienced data engineer who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to leverage modern development practices, including AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations.
• Build and support cloud-based data solutions using modern data engineering technologies.
• Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop APIs and data services that support enterprise applications and analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to data architecture, data modeling, and platform modernization efforts.
• Leverage AI-enabled development tools and practices to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.

Depending on project needs, resources may be aligned to either a development-focused track or a more consultative engineering and architecture support role.
