POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Engineer I is a hands-on technical role focused on full stack software development within the Enterprise Data organization. The Data Engineer I provides development and production support in the AWS environment.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Builds data pipelines using Python and Java
• Develops integrations on AWS services like Lambda, Glue, EMR, S3, IAM, Kinesis.
• Analyzes, extracts, and loads data on RDBMS, NoSQL, and big data platforms.
• Conducts advanced analytics using speech, audio, and video data.
• Works closely with Agile team in developing all aspects of full-stack software within the AWS environment.
• Works on development and production support.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year experience with working content or knowledge management systems, search engines, relational databases, NoSQL databases, ETL tools, geospatial systems, or semantic technology.
• 1 year experience with analytics tools like SAS, R, Python, and other advanced statistical software.
• 1 year experience of Web development with Angular, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience integrating Business Intelligence applications like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Experience using speech, audio, and video data.

MINIMUM QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AWS services for data and analytics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Ingestion, Data Extraction, and Data Integration.
