Vanguard is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team of managers, technical leads, and engineers in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade data products and platforms. Qualifications

• Ten years of combined business or technical experience with proven leadership in data engineering and team management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong track record delivering scalable data solutions in complex environments with hands-on experience in modern data engineering technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS or similar.
• Expertise in data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders; strategic mindset focused on delivering measurable business value.

• Establish and enforce data quality, governance, and observability standards to maintain data integrity, consistency, and trust across all data assets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape data strategy, influence operating models, and deliver high-impact, outcome‑driven solutions.
