Job summary

Ladders in the United States is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and support scalable data infrastructure powering internal and external use cases. You will collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver reliable data solutions that drive business decisions.

This remote role focuses on data pipelines, API integrations, Airflow orchestration on Kubernetes, and monitoring with tests to ensure pipeline reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of Airflow experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, and GCP.
• BS in Computer Science or a related field.

For our client, we are seeking a Data Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on designing, building, and supporting scalable data infrastructure that powers both internal and external use cases. The ideal candidate will help improve data reliability, streamline workflows, and ensure production pipelines run efficiently in a fast-moving technology environment. You will also partner with stakeholders across the organization to clarify requirements and deliver dependable data solutions that support business decisions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 annually
