Staritas is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions that support our healthcare technology platforms and business operations. You will work closely with Software Engineering, Product, Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, secure, accessible, and positioned to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Up to 10% travel, based on business needs. While our roles are 100% remote, we do get together a few times a year for up to one week.Employees are given amplenoticeand attendance is expected.
This position operates primarily in a remote work environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing work at a desk or workstation. The employee must be able to operate standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and telephone.

Staritas posts compensation ranges and benefits for all open roles. The base compensation range for this position is$120,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
