What's the Job?
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines supporting data ingestion, transformation, and integration from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative data solutions and ensure data quality and security.
- Leverage technologies such as Kafka, Databricks, and cloud-based platforms to modernize data assets and support real-time streaming data.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to uphold high standards of data reliability and compliance.
- Mentor team members on best practices in data principles, patterns, and processes to foster continuous improvement and technical excellence.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data development, working within cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL technologies, along with experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Pyspark, and Databricks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems such as Git.
