Job summary

Harnham is looking for a Data/Analytics Engineer to join as the second member of a growing team, building and scaling the data foundation for operations planning, supply chain visibility, and business performance reporting.

You will own end-to-end data pipelines, collaborate with operations, finance, logistics, and project delivery, and help deliver data-driven insights across the organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering
• Advanced SQL skills and strong data modeling fundamentals
• Hands-on experience building, supporting, and monitoring production data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Manage, enhance, and support a portfolio of production data integrations and workflows
• Develop scalable ETL processes and data infrastructure to support evolving business requirements
• Collaborate with teams spanning operations, business systems, finance, logistics, and project delivery
• Improve data quality and ensure consistency across key operational platforms
• Create greater transparency into resource utilization, asset tracking, workflow progress, and operational health
• Acquire, transform, and operationalize external data sources to support strategic analysis and planning
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for reliability and performance
• Contribute to data governance initiatives, engineering standards, and scalable analytics practices
• Partner with both technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into data solutions

What You’ll Do

• APIs, transactional systems, third‑party datasets, and business applications

• Experience working in operational, transactional, or ERP‑driven environments
• Exposure to inventory, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, or business systems data is a plus
• Experience with modern analytics engineering and data platform technologies is highly desirable
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
