Job summary

Harnham is seeking a data engineer to own and maintain critical ETL pipelines and build scalable data products. You will model data from internal systems, APIs, and public datasets to support manufacturing, operations, inventory, and project delivery.

With 1–3 years in data engineering, you’ll partner with Operations, Finance, and leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve data quality, and help scale our data infrastructure as the business expands in California.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders.
• Startup-minded generalist comfortable wearing multiple hats.

As the second hire in a growing data team, you'll own critical data pipelines, build scalable ETL processes, and help drive visibility across manufacturing, operations, inventory, and project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and maintain existing ETL and data pipelines
