Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed homebuilder transforming residential construction through advanced manufacturing and design-led technology. Vertically integrated from start to finish, they control the entire lifecycle of housing production—including design, factory manufacturing, permitting, delivery, installation, and financing.
Backed by $74M+ in top-tier venture funding (including a recent $34M Series B led by Thrive Capital) and operating 350,000+ sq ft of factory footprint, the company is rapidly scaling across multiple product lines—from Backyard ADUs to small-footprint single-family housing developments and wildfire rebuilding initiatives across California.
Why this role matters: As the company expands factory capacity and scales real estate development, operational data is growing exponentially. In this role, you won't just write code; you’ll directly empower factories, supply chain teams, and field installation crews to build homes faster and smarter.
You will join as the second data hire, working directly alongside the lead Analytics Engineer within the Revenue Operations organization.
The company's operations generate massive datasets across manufacturing, supply chain, permitting, and site installation. Your core mission will be building, maintaining, and scaling the data pipelines that keep headquarters, factories, and field operations fully aligned.
