Job description

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team! This position is remote.

Duties:

1. Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support implementation and supply chain data flows.
2. Integrate data from ERP, inventory systems, CRM, and external partner feeds into the platform.
3. Collaborate with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, models, and transformations for supply chain planning.
4. Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
5. Build and maintain data pipelines and APIs that support real-time and batch integration patterns.
6. Optimize performance and reliability of data workflows in cloud-native environments.
7. Document data lineage, schema mappings, transformation logic, and integration configurations.
8. Participate in data testing and troubleshooting during system go-lives, upgrades, and business cycles.

Desired Skills/Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in data engineering or integration roles, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
3. Experience with o9 Solutions.
4. Hands-on experience with ETL tools and scripting.
5. Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling, data warehousing, and supply chain data structures.
6. Familiarity with integrating with planning platforms.
7. Strong knowledge of APIs, flat file transfers, and data lake architectures.
8. Knowledge of the cellular device or electronics supply chain, including product lifecycle and demand variability.

The approximate pay range for this position is between $68.00 and $88.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
