This role works with the Data Integration team to establish, transform, and normalize data flows between the PPS Analytics cloud-hosted environment and our various medical practice clients. It is a software- and data analytics-oriented position which requires strong knowledge of the Microsoft software development stack.
This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of the PPS Analytics Care Path Agent, an in-house C# application developed to integrate into various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) systems. Integration technologies include Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle SQL, web services, and flat-files (e.g. CSV). The application is often installed within the practice’s environment on a hosted machine, which requires additional knowledge of basic infrastructure such as using Virtual Private Network (VPN) clients and remote screen technologies.
