Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise data platforms or production environments.
• Strong Snowflake, SQL, and Python experience.
• Experience with dbt Cloud, Fivetran, or similar tools.
• Experience mentoring or coordinating technical delivery.
• Strong root-cause analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and ITIL practices.
• Nice to have: Collibra, AEM, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce C360, Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical work and coordinate priorities across the Data and Distribution domain.
• Support incident investigation, service requests, problem management, and release readiness.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (L2 support boundary).
• Operate and support Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Fivetran, Collibra, and related data workflows.
• Support AEM, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce C360, Workfront, and related distribution apps.
• Diagnose application, API, and data-integration issues; coordinate with resolver groups.
• Drive monitoring, runbook, and support-automation initiatives.
• Improve documentation, escalation quality, and recurring-incident prevention.
• Mentor engineers and liaise with technical, business, and vendor stakeholders.
