Top Required Skills

• Building analytics pipelines that directly inform product feature decisions, business decisions
• Working with product managers and Data Scientists to translate product questions into data solutions
• Creating metrics and dashboards that track user behavior, product adoption, or business KPIs
• Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies (experimentation, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, etc.)
• NOT looking for Infrastructure backgrounds

Job Responsibilities

• Help define company data assets (data model) and develop SparkSQL jobs to populate data models
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs and represent key data insights
• Define and design data integrations, data quality frameworks, and evaluate open source/vendor tools for data lineage
• Design, build, and launch data models supporting multiple use cases across various products or domains
• Optimize pipelines for easier development of data artifacts

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of Python development experience
• 3+ years of SQL and SparkSQL experience
• 3+ years of experience with schema design, dimensional data modeling, and medallion architectures
• Experience with the Databricks platform and data lake architectures for large-scale data processing and analytics
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems

• Meeting with the manager
